Do I have to buy anything after the demo?
No. The demo is free and there's no obligation. If you like it, pick the Never Miss a Job package that fits. If not, that's the end of it.
Can I talk to someone before I buy?
Yes, through the $197 Profit Leak Call: 60 minutes on your phones, leads, scheduling and follow-up, plus a written 1-page action list. It's the only call we offer, and the $197 is credited toward the Full Profit Leak Audit if you book it within 14 days.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Setup fees and one-time packages are paid up front.
What if my AI receptionist goes over its minutes?
Each plan includes a set number of AI minutes a month. Extra minutes are $0.35/min, billed monthly, and we give you a heads-up when you reach 80%.
Will callers know they're talking to AI?
The receptionist sounds natural and is set up with your business name, services and service area. You decide how it introduces itself, and it can hand calls to you whenever a person is needed.
Do I need to change my phone number or software?
Usually not. Most setups work with your existing business number by forwarding missed or after-hours calls, and on Answer & Book and up, bookings can go straight to the calendar or field-service software you already use.
What do I need to provide for reels?
Raw footage from your phone: before-and-afters, crews at work, finished jobs. We don't film; we edit the footage you shoot. Steady and Dominate include a monthly shot list so you know what to capture.
How long does setup take?
Target go-live after we have your onboarding form and access: about 5 business days for Answer & Text Back, 7–10 for Answer & Book and 15 for Full Front Desk. Reel batches and the Full Audit have their own timelines on each package.
